We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, that access will be uninterrupted or secure, or that defects will be corrected. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINBESHOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for all claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or $100, whichever is greater.
